“Memories” can be passed on through DNA

I’ve already developed a model explaining how personality (and perhaps even “memory”, depending upon the looseness of one’s definition) can be passed on from parents to children psycho-behaviourally, which I will be expounding on in articles shortly.

But the suggestion that emotional responses can be passed on directly via DNA itself is mind-blowing. I’ll need more information before I can include it in any models.

For now, though, consider the implications of this research for models of karma, particularly the model that, “We are all working to correct the karma of our parents.”

Luckily, because this inheritance mechanism is probably epigenetic, you can still change your inherited responses.
