Hi, I'm new here  :).

I've seen you recommend mostly concentration meditation.
Given the title and my own short experience of the usefulness of feeling emotions, I'm wondering why I couldn't find more about it on your site ? Specifically, in your post you mention we could use this as a sitting meditation, did you change your mind because you thing concentration meditation really is better ?
